What type of communities does Clarity Pointe offer?
Clarity Pointe offers freestanding Assisted Living communities dedicated to enriching the lives of individuals with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia and other forms of memory loss due to injury or illness.
How is Clarity Pointe different from other memory care options?Clarity Pointe is different from traditional memory care assisted living care in many ways. First and foremost, Clarity Pointe is uniquely designed to meet the needs of those with Alzheimer’s and other memory disorders. Neighborhood kitchens, family-style dining, safe and secure walkways, vibrant lighting and activity centers, and a connecting courtyard with green space are all designed to provide a homelike, supportive environment for our residents. Secondly, our friendly caregivers and staff are specially trained in dementia care and share a philosophy of care that is focused on each person and understanding their individual needs, abilities, backgrounds and preferences. Finally, it is our mission — guided by the strength of our leadership — to stay abreast of the latest advances in Alzheimer’s and dementia care and serve as a trusted resource for the community, creating a new standard for memory care.

What services are covered with the monthly fee?
Many current expenses — such as home maintenance, property taxes and insurance — are included in the monthly fee. In addition, our services include three nutritious, freshly-prepared meals daily; housekeeping and linen service; ongoing interior and exterior maintenance; all utilities (except telephone and basic cable); personalized Alzheimer’s and dementia care services; innovative reminiscence therapies; activities for physical, social, cultural and spiritual enrichment, as well as around-the-clock support.
What is included in each residence?
Each residence contains a private bathroom as well as several unique features, including built-in cabinets with an open display and covered lighting for the elimination of shadows. Outside each residence is secured access to a variety of other amenities, including a warm, inviting living area, family-style dining area and country kitchen, and sunroom/screened-in porch leading to the beautifully landscaped courtyard with raised therapeutic gardens. Each neighborhood also has its own laundry and activity centers.
How do I know if Clarity Pointe is the right choice?
The best way to find out if Clarity Pointe is your best choice is to call us today and arrange a personalized tour of the community nearest you. A detailed, individualized assessment by a licensed nurse will be done to fully understand your loved one’s abilities and stage of memory loss, and also to ensure that Clarity Pointe will provide just the right amount of support and compassionate care to meet all their needs.
What happens if my loved one’s care needs change?
At Clarity Pointe, we monitor each resident’s progress and periodically review their plan for care to consider any changes that might be necessary to ensure fullness of life and peace of mind for the entire family. Because our community is designed exclusively for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease or any type of memory loss, residents can age in place in their same residence and same familiar neighborhood — without having to transfer to another community or different level of care, as allowed by state statute.
