Jimmie FayJimmie Fay Griffin, Executive Director 

Jimmie Fay Griffin has worked in the assisted living industry for 12 years. She quickly found her passion for working with the elderly and bringing sunshine into their lives. With her medical background, she blends her nursing and administrative skills to ensure the best care possible for her residents, living by her favorite saying, “It is a great goal for every day to give someone a reason to smile.”  

Jimmie Fay works with different local organizations throughout Tallahassee to promote and support the services they provide seniors in the surrounding area. She is also very active in her Canopy Roads Baptist Church. As an avid fisherman, she loves “aqua” therapy whenever possible. If she isn’t fishing, she’s either reading or enjoying music in her spare time. Jimmie Fay has called Tallahassee home since 1970. She has three children and six grandchildren who bring her much joy.  

Kisha BoccioKisha Boccio, Director of Community Relations 

Kisha Boccio is the Director of Community Relations at Clarity PointeTM Tallahassee, utilizing an extensive background in sales, marketing and customer service. For Kisha, memory care is something near and dear to her heart, as she lost her father to Alzheimer’s disease in 2013. “Helping families throughout their journeys is an honor.” Kisha makes every effort to connect with families individually and provide guidance along their unique paths. In addition to her work with seniors, Kisha enjoys spending time with her family and helping animals.

Diane SullivanDiane Sullivan, Life Enrichment Coordinator

Diane has enjoyed working with seniors for the past 12 years. Her passion for the Life Enrichment Department makes her remarkably suited to spend her days with residents, listening to their life stories, enjoying fun activities and helping them find purpose. Diane has been married to her husband, Johnny, for 43 years. They have two grown children who live in Tallahassee and a beautiful granddaughter, whom she adores.

 

Daisy PerryDaisy Perry, Director of Health Services

Daisy Perry, BSN, RN, is a Florida native with 16 years of healthcare experience, ranging from acute to long-term care. While she enjoys many areas of nursing, her true passion lies with the geriatric population, specifically those who suffer from memory disorders. Prior to working with Clarity PointeTM, she was the Director of Nursing for ten years at a 100-bed assisted living and memory care facility. In addition to operations, Daisy has helped with the programming and design of other communities. She believes in a resident-centered focus and meeting the individual where they are in their disease. Through her clinical expertise, evidence-based practice and compassion, Daisy achieves positive outcomes and excellence in care.

 

 

Michelle StraughnMichelle Straughn, Business Office Manager 

Michelle Straughn is the Business Office Manager at Clarity PointeTM Tallahassee. Her 20 years of experience in the Business Office makes her an incredible asset to our team. Michelle is detail-oriented and always willing to help out where there’s a need. Michelle feels privileged to work with seniors and enjoys the relationships she has gained along her journey. As a proud “Mimi,” Michelle loves spending time with her grandson.

 

Russ HambyRuss Hamby, Director of Plant Operations

Russ Hamby, Director of Plant Operations at Clarity PointeTM Tallahassee, has 15 years of maintenance experience in and around the Big Bend region. Russ is passionate about music and serves as a board member of the Tallahassee Area Musicians Guild and the Big Bend Blues Society. He has volunteered for the Pat Ramsey Benefit for Big Bend Hospice for the last eight years. Russ loves working in assisted living and memory care and feels that it enables him to give back to our community’s seniors.

Owen KiefferOwen Kieffer, Director of Food Services (DFS)

Owen Kieffer is the Director of Food Services (DFS) at Clarity PointeTM Tallahassee with nearly 20 years of food service experience. Being a student of the Institute of Culinary Education in New York, Owen brings excellence, leadership and creativity to the kitchen. Owen is a Certified Dietary Manager and has several years of experience in both restaurants and skilled nursing settings.
