Robin Crum, Executive Director
Robin Crum began her career in senior living 25 years ago in her hometown of Bremerton, Washington (just a ferry ride away from Seattle and her alma mater, The University of Washington). Her first senior living position was as a social worker in a rehab center. A year and a half later, Ms. Crum moved into an Executive Director position at an independent and retirement living community.
After moving to Pensacola in 2000, Ms. Crum has continued to work in the senior housing industry as Executive Director, Regional Sales Manager and Regional Quality Control Manager.
Her ability to create a calm, nurturing and happy atmosphere for the residents, families and staff has been exhibited throughout her career. Robin is married with two children and two grandchildren.
Rob Low, Director of Community Relations
Rob Low brings more than 15 years of sales and marketing experience to his Director of Community Relations role at Clarity Pointe™ Pensacola. Dynamic and results-oriented, Mr. Low is a professional with a history of award-winning sales performance and rapid promotion to key leadership roles. His most recent sales and marketing successes at Brookdale Senior Living earned him the company’s President’s Club recognition for six consecutive quarters. Prior to his position at Brookdale, Mr. Low was a highly recognized Regional Sales Leader for Holiday Retirement and also enjoyed great success as an Area Manager for the Hertz Corporation. He truly enjoys working with families, getting to know their loved ones’ needs, interests and preferences in order to help them find the perfect place to call home. Mr. Low has been an active volunteer with the Walk to End Alzheimer’s® and the Northwest Florida Area Agency on Aging. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Florida State University in Tallahassee.
Debra Hill, Director of Health Services
Debra Hill has worked as a registered nurse for over 20 years with a focus on geriatrics. Originally from Missouri, Ms. Hill has lived in beautiful Florida for over 15 years and is excited to be a part of the Clarity PointeTM team. In addition to caring for seniors, Ms. Hill enjoys her passion for family, animals and the outdoors.
Jenna Campbell, Life Enrichment Coordinator
A Pensacola native, Jenna Campbell has been working in the senior living field for over six years. She brings a strong passion for seniors and a background in event planning, elderly program planning, cultural studies and leadership to her role as Life Enrichment Coordinator. In her spare time, Ms. Campbell loves being outdoors, refurnishing furniture, taking pictures or just being at home cooking. She hopes to travel extensively and experience different cultures.
Tyrone Corbitt, Director of Culinary Services
Originally from Aiken, South Carolina, Tyrone Corbitt developed a passion for food and cooking at the early age of 13. After working at his grandfather’s bar and grill, he chose to pursue a career in culinary arts.
Mr. Corbitt brings great perspective to Clarity PointeTM Pensacola, drawing from ten years of experience in the food service industry. He is committed to proactive, involved leadership and has a passion for enhancing the quality of life for those affected by memory challenges. His experience in catering and event planning as the owner of Exquisite Catering adds to his talents at Clarity Pointe.
Joe Bartell, Director of Plant Operations
Joe Bartell was raised in Marion, South Carolina. He graduated June of 1985 and shortly after joined the United States Navy in August 1988. During his 26-year career as an Aviation Boatswain© Mate, he served honorably, obtaining the second highest enlisted rank as Senior Chief Aviation Boatswain© Mate. Additionally, he served in numerous roles of leadership to include eight major war campaigns, from the Persian Gulf Wars, Wars in Afghanistan and the War on Terror. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University. Mr. Bartell currently lives in Pace, Florida, with his wife, Constance, of 21 years. They have four children, Cody, Nicholas, John and Haley. Joe enjoys his family time, church and various outdoor and hands-on activities.
Terri Melia, Business Office Manager
Terri brings over 25 years of experience as a Medical Practice Manager and Business Office Manager to her role at Clarity Pointe™ Pensacola. Her senior living career began with Section 8 housing in Northern Michigan. Ten years ago, Ms. Melia moved to Florida to work for an upscale independent and assisted living community. Her love for senior living shows in her lifelong career and commitment to serving the senior population.
