Erica Lombardo, Director of Health Services
Erica arrived at Clarity Pointe in the late summer of 2016. She has a passion for quality senior care, which is a legacy passed down from her mother and even grandmother who has her thesis on geriatric care published at the University of Tennessee, and was a pioneer in the field. Erica graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Communications at the University of Tennessee and shortly after completed her licensure in Nursing Home Administration. She worked at a local long term care facility for several years doing marketing, admissions and compliance before developing a true love for the clinical aspect of geriatric care. This lead her to further her education and obtain her license as a Registered Nurse as well. She then spent time in the acute care setting, specifically working with hospice and palliative care patients before transitioning back to the Assisted Living environment. Erica believes in serving our residents with exceptional care and a compassionate heart. Her goal is for this to be reflected in every role she takes here at Clarity Pointe Knoxville.
